Diploma in Digital Security
In the digital world, security cannot be provided within a company but covers the entire delivery network and all stakeholders.
Digital security refers to both data security and the overall cybersecurity of society. Digitality requires built-in security within devices, systems, architectures, and services, but digital security is about more than just the technology.
The Diploma in Digital Security program will provide up-to-date information and tools for the security management of a digitalizing business. The training will help you enable your company to function as part of the cyber environment. As well as helping participants to identify and prepare for threats and disruptions, it will open their eyes to new opportunities.
This program will be held in Finnish.
General understanding of the manageability of digital security will lower your organization's decision-making threshold, enabling the efficient exploitation of digitalization opportunities. Your company's ability to act in the cyber environment will grow as the participant develops new competencies.
The program has been particularly designed for people who need a broad-based, general overview of risk management and security related to digitalization. It is also suitable for digital security technology experts.
The participants are e.g.
- Security Directors and Managers
- Chief Digital Officers (CDO)
- Product developers
The program consists of five 2-day contact teaching modules, as well as a foreign study module, in which you begin the training. During the contact teaching days, participants from the digital security and security sectors will share current challenges and themes with other participants and trainers, and network across organizational boundaries.
The program also includes personal work from the perspective of your own organization, including project work covering the entire training period. Projects are intended to develop the operations of the participant’s organization and deepen his or her expertise on the selected topic. In project work, the participant will use and apply the lessons and skills learned from training, the literature in the field, and their own experience. The work will be guided by an expert in the subject.
