Hackathon: Innovating for Safe and Sustainable Mining

Innovation 2 Activation: Zero Harm is a 1,5-day Hackathon for mining and raw materials professionals, startup companies and communities, designers and innovators tackling the challenges of a safe and sustainable future mining and raw materials industry with the means of innovation. The Hackathon aims to offer insights into recent research and industry developments within the scope of moving towards a zero harm mindset within the mining and raw materials industry. The program brings together experts from academia, industries and administration to meet startups, designers and innovators to jointly innovate and find new business models driving a safe and sustainable mining and raw materials industry. 

The Zero Harm -event is a continuation of the joint effort I2A Ideation to Activation in cooperation with Tangent Trinity´s Ideas Workspace, Trinity College Dublin and Aalto University Professional Development. Zero Harm is a follow-up on the Mining in challenging Environments workshop held in December 2018 in Dublin, Ireland. 

Zero Harm offers a unique opportunity to network, ideate, innovate and update your knowledge about safe and sustainable mining and mining related raw materials industries.
