A Change Agent Applies Lean Thinking in the Daily Work

Lean-muutosagentti is a seven-day program where you will receive an advanced level of knowledge on Lean principles, tools, practical application, and management. As a Lean Change Agent, you will know how to take Lean thinking to a level of practical success.

The program trains Change Agents who are able to work independently as project managers and responsible participants in Lean projects. You will learn practical development tools and methods and understand the principles of systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement. 
During the program, you will execute a development project for your organization's challenge under the guidance of our Lean experts.

The program is designed for those working in expert positions, e.g., project, quality, lean, development, and team leader roles in middle-size and large companies, in the public sector, or social and health care.

The Lean-muutosagentti program is designed for various roles, such as project, quality, Lean, and development experts and team leaders. For example, your goal could be to discover more effective practices for your day-to-day operations, new methods for solving problems and streamlining your processes, or implementing changes in your management practices and organizational culture.

Contents and Schedule

The program consists of seven days of theoretical instruction and exercises. You will learn the basics of lean thinking and leadership, understand how to develop work with lean tools, learn methods to improve flow efficiency and daily management, and understand how to create a lean culture at the organizational level.

Between modules, you will execute a development project in your organization and apply lean methods, tools, principles, and operating models to practice.

Lean Development Project
